I’m passionate about helping people remember their wholeness as a means to individual and collective liberation, through mindfulness, Buddhist wisdom, and somatics.
We can journey together through one of my self-paced meditation courses, via my membership community, a one-on-one somatic therapy session, or in a group setting for weekly classes, daylongs, or retreats.
However we come together, I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
