Now or Never

How are you holding up? I’m oscillating between anger, sadness, heartbreak, shame, and inspiration to act. It’s most certainly uncomfortable but I am committed to leaning into the discomfort and to learn, not for my well-being, but for the well-being of Black and Indigenous lives.

I strongly suggest you also get uncomfortable and lean into it. There is no room for complacency - Black and Indigenous lives depend on it.

Below are ways your practice can support you in navigating all that you’re feeling. I’m offering my online workshop series at 50% off for Black, Indigenous and People of Color, LGBTQIA folks for Pride month, and Covid-19 essential workers. Email me for the discount code.

In the meantime, sending love and wishes for protection.

P.S. Just a heads up - I plan on reducing how much I teach for July and August so I can dive into self-practice, study, and rest.
