Did you catch the big news that I shared on social media this week? I wrote a book! A huuuuuuge passion of mine is making this practice accessible to beginners because I firmly believe that, with the help of mindfulness, we can experience moments of freedom and clarity that can lead to skillful responses and wise action in our everyday lives.
